  This store is a shambles. So is the one in Angleton Texas. Every time I go in these stores, I leave asking why do I waste my time coming in here. It is obvious the store does not have enough employee's to maintain the store. And the good ones you manage to get are so over worked they can't keep up with things either. You can tell this the minute you walk in the store. That reflects so badly on the Company itself. Just though someone in upper management might want to know why they cannot keep employee's. Or attract new one's for that matter. I have never worked retail and this is the biggest reason why. God Bless the one's that do..... Mrs Baxter

  Went in for shoes for my kids. Not only was the store an overcrowded mess, but the customer service was atrocious. No one in the shoe department, and when someone finally came through, we asked for a foot sizer. The woman's response was, "Well, I'm already off the clock." So what? Ten seconds of customer service was too much? Then, of course, when she went to look she 'couldn't find one'. We made it to check out, and the young woman was terse, unfriendly, and ignored my girlfriend when asked to check for coupons. They only get 1 star because there's no option for 0. I won't be back.
